We offer college advising, internships, tutoring, homework assistance, and engaging workshops to bolster knowledge and foster ambitions for greatness.
Boosting College Access:
We provide guidance on college applications, financial aid, and scholarships, while also facilitating workshops, college tours, and mentorship to help IYT members envision a bright future and pursue their dreams.
Empowering Young Emerging Leaders: Through our leadership development and advocacy programs, we nurture critical skills such as communication, teamwork, and problem-solving that empower brothers to become agents of change in their communities.
Ensuring Near-Peer Mentorship:
A significant change takes a significant relationship. Our mentors play a crucial role in guiding and inspiring our members throughout their educational journeys while also serving as role models with shared life experiences.

About
Improve Your Tomorrow (IYT) is a community-based organization with a mission to increase the number of young men of color who attend and graduate from colleges and universities. We envision a Nation in which young men of color are overrepresented in higher education, under-represented in the criminal justice system, and are leaders in their communities.
This annual campaign helps IYT provide comprehensive programs and services to over 4,000 young men of color. Giving them the tools, support, and resources to excel academically and beyond.
