At Improve Your Tomorrow (IYT), we provide that belief, along with the mentorship, guidance, and opportunities to make it real.
Founded in 2013, we envision a nation in which young men of color are overrepresented in higher education, underrepresented in the criminal justice system, and are leaders in their communities.
From 6th grade through college, we walk alongside boys and young men of color, offering mentorship, guidance, and opportunity. When more young men of color graduate, start businesses, and lead in their fields, everyone benefits.
